Students in Santa Clara University's University Villas were without water because of a damaged main line pipe that caused flooding between residential buildings on Wednesday, Jan 14, 2026. Five hours in, facilities crews and contractors shovel mud and water out of the ditch to prepare the pipe to be repaired. They found that the source of the flooding was a broken pipe, and they dug deep into the ground to address the issue.
